Corporate and individual memberships offered as part of organisation’s on-going efforts to progress diversity, inclusion and workplace equality across the industry

 

London: 07 November 2019 – The All-In Diversity Project, the organisation that provides tools and resources for the global online gambling industry to progress in areas of diversity, inclusion and workplace equality, has launched a Membership Programme which includes an industry-wide Mentorship Programme.

The Membership Programme is open to both corporations and individuals and offers a range of benefits including being added to the Member Directory and discounts to industry events, both of which are included in the free membership.

For those individuals that become a Diversity and Inclusion Supporter (£48 per year) or a Diversity and Inclusion Boss (£2,400 per year) additional benefits include:

  • Search and contact via Member Directory
  • Mentorship Programme
  • Mentorship Programme tool kit
  • Learning and development workshops
  • Forum access
  • Post jobs and contact candidates directly
  • Bespoke research, analysis and reports
  • Professional services such as assistance building a D&I strategy

The Mentorship Programme is free for Supporters and Bosses and sees members with knowledge, experience and understanding of the work or workplace support the development of another member. Mentoring can be done in person or remotely.

The process is based on encouragement, accountability, constructive feedback, openness, mutual trust, respect and a willingness to learn and share. Discussions are usually centred on the mentee’s development and career/business plans but can also be used to help support other objectives.

From being new to a project, returning to work after a period of absence, supporting longer term career planning or wanting to improve performance in specific areas, all topics can be discussed.

Those that sign up will be added to the Member Directory which will act as a searchable database for those looking to connect with and contact individuals that are trained in the areas of diversity, inclusion and equality, acting as a powerful recruitment tool.
