The campaign is set to begin the week before ICE 2020 and will include a social media effort that coincides with the launch of a pin badge to be worn at the show.

LONDON – January 6, 2020 – The All-in Diversity Project, an industry-driven initiative that aims to benchmark diversity, equality and inclusion in the gaming and betting industry, will launch its first campaign of 2020 on January 27th.

The  #opendoors campaign is designed to celebrate those champions who have opened career doors for others, or those who have made it through are now holding it open for others. The campaign hopes to highlight the fact that everyone can make a difference. More importantly how making that difference helps increase levels of diversity, leading to innovation, internationalisation and an increase on the bottom line.  By posting the thank you, individuals are being asked to call-out those who champion talent and support others, but also to pledge to “hold the door open” for another person in some way.

The campaign will be accompanied by a  All-in pin badge at ICE 2020 that individuals  and Companies can wear/display to show their support.

“The idea behind #opendoors is simple,” says Kelly Kehn, Co-Founder of All-in Diversity Project. “If we really want to progress and be a more diverse and inclusive industry, we need to recognise that we did not get to where we are in our career without the help of someone along the way. By thanking someone who helped you, you are also pledging that you are willing to hold the door open for someone else who might need it. When we recognise that we didn’t get here alone, we are also recognising some people do not benefit from that support because of assumptions, bias, etc and immediately become more conscious of our differences.”

“Aside of the opportunity to celebrate those who champion others, we’re hoping that the association of a visual tag linked to some of the most successful individuals and companies in the industry says it all – diversity works,” says Co-Founder Christina Thakor-Rankin.

All-in has set up a Facebook group that any member of the industry can join to engage with the campaign at: The industry is being asked to also join and share the idea with their colleagues and individuals are encouraged to engage their entire team or office in the campaign using the hashtag #opendoors. Pin badges will be delivered via sponsors and All-in Diversity Project at ICE and more information can be found at and our Facebook group page.
